Incident:
Scheduled update tasks using the default update source don't start automatically and the following error code is found in the log: 12007.

Solution:
Please check if the www.virusbuster.hu server is available from your computer (enter the following command from the command line: ping -a www.virusbuster.hu).

If it is not available, please check the firewall and DNS settings of the computer. To solve the DNS problem, insert the www.virusbuster.hu address with the 195.228.45.67 IP to the hosts file found in the System32\drivers\etc\ folder (this path is not the same on different systems).

If the problem still exists, change the value of the NetTest variable in the registry to localhost on the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\VirusBuster Team\Components\TaskMan path.
